Additionally, its dual cables can be used simultaneously for exercises like lat pulldowns and seated rows, delivering a 1:1 movement ratio for precise training.

The Tornado Arms provide full vertical and horizontal adjustability, allowing extensive range of motion for crossover moves, functional workouts, and sport-specific drills. Designed to support strength training, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation.
