This strong, foldable bench also includes an integrated upright storage stand with rubber padding to ensure stability and protect floors, complemented by a high-quality textured foam pad for enhanced comfort.

Designed to suit athletes of all sizes and any bench training style, the Adjustable Bench 3.0 offers 10 back pad angles (ranging from 0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat positions (0, 15, and 30 degrees). A minimal 1” gap between the seat and back pads ensures seamless functionality for presses and arm movements across a full range of inclines without discomfort. The bench comes equipped with durable rubber feet and a streamlined adjustment arm design, enabling faster and easier position changes between athletes or workouts.
