This bar is measured to be 7 feet (84 inches), which is the typical length for Olympic barbells used in the majority of training centres and weightlifting contests. Its maximum load capacity of 1000 pounds is supported by its design, which maintains structural integrity. A coating made of ceramic, Cerakote is renowned for its strength, ability to withstand corrosion, and resilience to abrasions and scratches. Even after prolonged usage, it offers the barbell more protection and durability. It has revolving sleeves and by enabling the plates to rotate independently of the bar, these sleeves lower friction and produce smoother lifts.
